Post Internet Jungle
This series is born from a journey of transforming my digital paintings and collages into new forms through algorithmic interpretation. Each piece might contain familiar elements, these works are deeply rooted in the imagery of the internet, reflecting its relentless cycle of creation, dissemination, and disintegration—an exploration that drives this series of work.
By using pen plotters—tools of precision and control—along with paint, the process introduced unpredictability, challenging me to let go of control. This has opened up a space for exploration where the boundaries between construction and deconstruction blur. In this work, images are treated like code—broken down and reassembled, existing in the space between human intention and machine execution. It is an inquiry into the relationship between human creativity and machine processing. Are they in opposition, or do they enhance one another? Where does human influence end and the machine’s role begin? These questions lie at the heart of this series, inviting viewers to consider the evolving interplay between the artist and the algorithm.
